Engineering Features
- Flexible Body Configurations: Available in in-line and 90° elbow configurations with threaded exhaust connections.
- High-Flow Exhaust Path: Oversized exhaust discharge ports provide a high-flow path for rapid evacuation of actuator fluid.
- Rapid Exhaust Switching: Shuttle diaphragm operation provides rapid switching of the exhaust path for fast hydraulic depressurization.
- Reduced Exhaust Backpressure: Direct exhaust routing to tank reduces exhaust-path delay and backpressure during actuator return.
- Factory Cycle Testing: Each valve is factory cycle tested with seat-tightness verification within its rated configuration.
Target Applications
Emergency actuator stroking, ESD valve trip circuits, spring-return cylinders, quick-dump manifolds, and subsea shutdown circuits.
