SS316/316L and application-specific alloy options are available, subject to product configuration and application requirements, with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 options where suitable for the configuration and application.
Engineering Features
- Wide Pressure Sensing Range: Designed to sense hydraulic pressure from 10 to 10,000 PSI.
- Pneumatic or Hydraulic Supply: Compatible with pneumatic or hydraulic supply pressure in the 30–125 PSI range.
- Piston-Operated Sensing: Piston-operated sensing provides a direct mechanical response to changes in hydraulic pressure.
- PSL & PSH Configurations: Available in Pressure Safety Low (PSL) normally closed and Pressure Safety High (PSH) normally open configurations.
- User-Adjustable Setpoint: The pressure setpoint can be adjusted by the user, with pressure-setting repeatability within 1% of the selected setting.
Target Applications
Hydraulic pressure alarms, pump auto-start/stop circuits, ESD interlock sensing, pressure testing rigs, and wellhead safety loops.
