Engineering Features
- Flexible Installation Configurations: Available in hex-body pipe-plug and panel manifold-mount configurations.
- Multiple Melt-Point Options: Certified eutectic melt-point configurations are available from 158°F (70°C) to 389°F (198°C).
- Rapid Full-Bore Venting: After thermal activation, the fusible element opens the vent path for rapid control-loop depressurization.
- Calibrated Eutectic Element: Certified eutectic thermal elements provide defined melt-point temperatures for application-specific fire protection.
- Passive Thermal Activation: Thermal activation requires no electrical power or manual intervention.
