Mechanical & Pressure Integrity

Valve bodies and pressure-retaining components are CNC machined from certified barstock to ensure robust structural integrity across ratings up to 10,000 PSI.

Precision Flow & Isolation Control

Precision-machined internal seating surfaces and stem mechanisms are engineered for positive shut-off, controlled throttling, or bi-directional flow containment.

STANDARD CERTIFIED ALLOY

SS316 / 316L

Standard austenitic stainless steel providing high structural strength and broad corrosion resistance across process and instrumentation circuits.

NICKEL-COPPER ALLOY

Monel 400

Nickel-copper alloy recognized for resistance to marine environments, brine, and specialized chemical media where standard stainless steels are unsuitable.

NICKEL-MOLY-CHROMIUM

Hastelloy C-276

High-nickel alloy selected for aggressive chemical media and severe process environments where enhanced corrosion resistance is required.

NICKEL-CHROMIUM ALLOY

Inconel 625 / 825

Material Verification
STEP 01

Raw Material Verification

Certified raw barstock in SS316/316L, Monel, Hastelloy, Inconel, and Titanium is inspected, verified, and logged prior to machining.

Machining Operations
STEP 02

CNC & VMC Precision Machining

In-house CNC turning and vertical machining center (VMC) milling operations at our Mumbai facility produce valve bodies, stems, and manifolds.

Ultrasonic Inspection
STEP 03

Ultrasonic & Quality Inspection

Established in-house ultrasonic examination and dimensional verification ensure component integrity prior to assembly.

Assembly & Testing
STEP 04

Assembly & Quality Verification

Component assembly, sealing verification, and pressure testing are carried out according to applicable product specifications before dispatch.
